DRIVE TIME
From Bend: 45 minutes
From Redmond/ RDM: 1 hour
From Sunriver: 35 minutes
BEFORE AND AT YOUR ARRIVAL

There is limited cell coverage once you turn off Highway 97 (make sure you have your offline maps), but wifi is available at the lodge.

The closest gas stations are in Sunriver ( 25 miles from the property) & Lapine ( 20 miles west of the property). There are no services once you leave Lapine.

Parking on-site is reserved for guests staying in the cabins or car camping. For all other guests, there will be a parking attendant on Saturday to guide you. Please carpool, if possible, as parking is going to be tight.

PAULINA LAKE LODGE
CAMPING & cabins
All the cabins are booked at this time. There is dispersed car/van/RV camping available at the venue from Friday to Sunday. Spots will be numbered and assigned closer to the date.
ADDITIONAL CAMPSITES
Additional campsites are available at the Deschutes National Forest at Paulina Lake Campground. (1/4 mile from the venue.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Earliest check-in for cabins and campsites at Paulina Lake Lodge is Friday at 3 pm or anytime on Saturday.
Check-out is at 11 am Sunday.

Earliest arrival for cabin and camping guests is 3 pm.

Ceremony at 4 pm

MEALS
SATURDAY HAPPY HOUR
Happy hour begins at 4:30 pm on Saturday with drinks and snacks.
RECEPTION DINNER
Reception dinner after the ceremony on Saturday at 6 pm.
SUNDAY BREAKFAST
Camp-style breakfast Sunday morning at 9 am.
DRINKS
Open bar serving beer and wine during the reception as well as after-hours drink stations. 24-hour coffee/tea.

The end of September brings dry but cool conditions, though like much of Oregon, fall weather can be variable. This time of year in the high desert, you can typically expect mild day temperatures, with average highs around 70’F and cooler night temperatures of 35’F. Plan on bringing layers for both warm days and cool nights.

No dogs are allowed for guests staying on the property but there is plenty of room at the nearby group campsite that we have reserved ( link to Newberry Group Site) or Paulina Lake Campground (link) is next door to the venue but you will need to make reservations.

No, there is no on-site food service available, other than the meals we will be providing listed above and a camp store with snacks.
